Warranty & Returns

All products that are sold and delivered by AgileTek Corporation are guaranteed to be free from defects
in material and/or workmanship and to perform as advertised when properly installed, used, and
maintained in accordance with written instructions.
Failure to comply with the operation manual instructions will void all associated warranty obligations.
The defective items/parts should be returned to the seller’s warehouse at the buyer’s expense.
Our examination team will diagnose the product(s) and contact the customer within two (2) business days.
The replacement products or parts will be shipped by Ground Service within three (3) business days
if the products/parts are proved to be defective.


To serve our valuable customers, we provide our worry-free seven (7) day return policy under the following conditions:
All products purchased from AgileTek Corporation may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days
of purchase invoice date, no questions asked.
To get a full refund, customers are obligated to contact AgileTek first,
and return following related items / documents:
1.Invoice from AgileTek.
2.Complete product and accessories in the original box.
(All items should be in resellable condition, or a restock fee may be applied)
The refund will be processed through the original payment method within three (3) business days
after we receive the returned products.
Please be advised that the shipping cost is not refundable.


Refurbished / Used Items
Refurbished / Used items may have a limited warranty time.
Items may be deemed non-returnable -or- in some situations a return may be accepted but a restock fee will apply.
