Warranty
All products that sold and delivered by Agiletek Corporation are guaranteedto be free from defects
in material and/or workmanship and to perform as advertised when properly installed, used, and
maintained in accordance with written instructions.
Failure to comply with operation manual instructions will void all associated warranty obligations.
The defective items/parts should bereturn to seller’s warehouse on buyer’s expense.
Our examine team will diagnosethe products and contact the customers within two (2) business days.
The replacement products or parts will be shipped by Ground Service within three (3) business days
if the products/parts are proved defective.
Returns
To serve our valuable customers, we provide our worry-free seven (7) days return policy as following:
All products purchased from AgileTek Corporation could be returned for refund within seven (7) days
of purchased invoice date after, no question asked.
To get a full refund, customers are obligated to contact AgileTek first,
and return following related items / documents:
1.Invoice from AgileTek.
1.Invoice from AgileTek.
2.Complete product and accessories in the original box.
(All items should be in resellable condition, or a restock fee may be applied)
The refund will be processed through original payment method within three (3) business days
after we received the return products.
Please be advised that the shipping cost is not refundable.
Refurbished / Used Item
Refurbished / Used item may have a limited warranty time.
It may not be returned or a restock fee may apply.
